I am warm and affirming, heart-centered and passionate, deeply intuitive and rooted in my knowing, and both mystical and grounded in my body and senses. I hold space with openness, curiosity, and care.
For those who may be interested in astrology: I have five planets in Sag, including my sun, am Scorpio rising, and have a Taurus moon.
I’ve been practicing yoga for over 20 years, am a certified yoga teacher, and a First Degree Traditional Usui Reiki practitioner. These practices keep me attuned to the wisdom of the body and the realm of the subtle.
I earned my Master of Arts in Clinical Psychology from Antioch University, Los Angeles, and graduated Magna Cum Laude with my Bachelor of Arts from USC’s School of Cinematic Arts. As a graduate student, I trained at Antioch Community Therapy Services (ACTS), and have previously been supervised as a Registered Associate by Lynne Rosen, LCSW, and Rebecca Doppelt, LMFT.
I had two other careers prior to becoming a therapist—first in the film industry, and then in real estate. A few things have remained constant throughout my professional journey: a love of storytelling, an appreciation for the complexity and nuance of the human experience, and a reverence for the ways people remain connected to a sense of aliveness, even in difficult circumstances.
