I earned my Master of Arts in Clinical Psychology from Antioch University, Los Angeles, and graduated Magna Cum Laude with my Bachelor of Arts from USC’s School of Cinematic Arts. As a graduate student, I trained at Antioch Community Therapy Services (ACTS), and have previously been supervised as a Registered Associate by Lynne Rosen, LCSW, and Rebecca Doppelt, LMFT.
Before becoming a therapist, I had two previous careers—first in the film business, and then in real estate. No matter the profession, a few themes have remained constant: a love of storytelling, an appreciation for the complexity of the human experience, and a desire to connect and serve.
I bring a warm, affirming presence to my work—heart-centered and passionate, deeply intuitive and spiritual, and grounded in the body and the senses. Friends often describe me as steady and regulating—someone who holds space with openness, curiosity, and care.
For those who may be interested in astrology: I have five planets in Sag, including my sun, am Scorpio rising, and have a Taurus moon.
I’m an aesthete: I love color, pattern, design, art, architecture, nature, and metaphor. I’m nourished by movement, yoga, gardening, animals, travel, and compassionate self-talk. These practices keep me attuned to the wisdom of the body and the realm of the subtle. I’ve been practicing yoga for over 20 years, am a certified yoga teacher, and a First Degree Traditional Usui Reiki practitioner.
