Welcome.

My name is Bree and my pronouns are she/her/hers. I am a Registered Associate Marriage and Family Therapist (AMFT #125501) and am supervised by Rebecca Doppelt, LMFT #111104.

I am heart-centered, passionate, spiritual, and friends describe me as grounded and grounding. I operate from a curious, collaborative, and culturally respectful stance. I am committed to being anti-racist and LGBTQ2+ affirming. Click here for more on me.

My therapeutic approach borrows from Narrative Therapy and Postmodern ideas, while also incorporating some mindfulness, grounding techniques, and paying attention to somatic cues. I share some of the ideas that influence my work and my worldview here.

I see individuals and couples in both English and Spanish, and I have experience working with those navigating various stages of substance use and behavioral addictions, eating problems, self-harming behaviors, trauma, developmental and complex trauma, sexual trauma, and grief. Populations I have worked with include LGBTQ2+ individuals, adolescents, immigrants and asylum-seekers, and survivors of intimate partner violence. I am also comfortable with offering support to those working 12-Step recovery programs.

I am deeply honored to do this work and am glad you are here.
